Welcome to Vox
We are glad to have you worship with us today. We hope you will experience the presence of God and connect with a community of people sharing a common love for Jesus and a desire to follow God’s voice (Vox Dei). At Vox we practice these things: receive (encounter the beauty of God), relate (learn to live life with Jesus), respond (join with the Spirit's work in the world). We're here to walk with you on your faith journey.
Upcoming and Ongoing Events
Vox groups for men and women meet once a month. The men are led by Levi Rennick and the women by Amy Sandwell. Questions? Contact email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Join us as we share about our lives and learn about small shifts we can make to be strengthened on our faith journey. Expect to be encouraged on your walk of faith and deepen your relationship with other attendees.
Men | 2nd Mondays | 7-8 pm | Vox Cafe
Next meeting - Monday, October 11
Women | 4th Mondays | 7-8 pm | Vox Cafe
Next meeting - Monday, October 23
It’s a year for marriage at Vox. Nick and Natalie will be getting married in October. We’d love to celebrate them this month by hosting a potluck in their honor. Bring soup and/or salad for your family and enough to share. Desserts will be provided.
The couple has requested in lieu of presents for people to make a donation to Vox Dei Community. If you’d still like to give them something they have asked for help to buy their first home, so cash or gift cards could be given.
Sunday, October 1 | After the Sunday Gathering
In celebration of the feast of St. Francis we will be offering a time for you and anyone you know to have your animal friends blessed.
Join us outside the church in the parking lot and make sure your animal is safely secured by leash or crate or even bring a picture.
Bring pet food to share with our less fortunate pet owners. We’ll be placing pet food in the blessing box and giving some to our ministry partner Free Hot Soup for their friends that show up on Tuesday nights.
Wednesday, October 4 | 6-7 pm | Vox parking lot

One of our favorite ladies events is happening soon.
Join us to swap clothing and just have fun hanging out. All ages and sizes welcome. Bring a friend and remember it’s ok if you don’t have any cloths to bring. Purses and accessories are fun to swap too.
Friday, October 6 | 7-9 pm | Vox Cafe
HNH Mobile Pantry
Be with Vox as we partner with HNH to feed our community. Meet up at the Assemblies of God in Belton (613 E North Ave, Belton, MO 64012) between 2-4 pm. Expect to repackage food, put food in recipients vehicles and wear approach clothing for the weather.
Wednesday, Oct 11 | 2-4 pm | Belton Assemblies of God
Sundays at Vox
Join Vox for community prayer. All ages are welcome. We pray together and make space for silence as we go through the Vox daily prayer format and follow the liturgical church calendar.
Sundays | 9:30 am | Fellowship Hall
Middle and high school years are crucial. We strive to create a space where students (6th-12th grade) can come as they are, ask the hard questions, learn what it means to follow Jesus, and be encouraged to keep seeking God's plan for their life. And of course, have a lot of fun in the process!
Sundays | 9 am | Youth space upstairs
Wednesdays | 6:30 - 8 pm | Youth space upstairs
At Vox, our goal is to come alongside parents to help kids develop a deeply rooted faith that remains throughout life.
What to expect on Sunday mornings:
Kid's Vox Nursery
The Vox nursery is for infants to 4 year olds. We currently offer nursery every Sunday expect 5th Sundays when parents are free to use the nursery and will find the gathering streamed so you don't have to miss a thing.
Nursery kids are dropped off before the gathering and picked up during passing the peace.

Our Financial Life
God is a giver. We are created in God’s image with a design to give as God gives. Practicing generosity is the pathway to learning to give “not reluctantly, or under compulsion” but as “a cheerful giver.” (2 Corinthians 9:7) We are committed to the Biblical tithe as a way of disciplining our financial life as a church-community.
