As participants in God’s mission, we recognize the value of dedicating a portion of our resources in each fiscal year toward supporting, encouraging, and cultivating partnerships with those who serve God’s work beyond the local expression of our church. Here are a few of the organizations that we support:
GiveDignity
GiveDignity is a ministry of Seth & Andrea Sears aimed at restoring the dignity of those living in marginalized communities, bringing freedom, hope, growth and abundance. Working in La Carpio (near San José), Costa Rica, its mission is to realize enduring life change and redeemed relationships among the poor through Christ-centered holistic development initiatives.

Heart-n-Hand Ministries
Vox partners with Heart-n-Hand Ministries to meet the practical needs of area residents. The people of Vox regularly pack sack lunches to be distributed to those in need. We also arrange for volunteers in the food pantry or thrift store.
Peace Partnership
Peace Partnership is a non-profit counseling center that provides counseling and education services to financially disadvantaged families in the Kansas City area. School counselors cannot meet the demand nor provide the intensive help that parents sometimes need. That is where Peace Partnership can fill the gap, working with individuals and families regardless of their financial circumstances.
Jesucristo, Verdad y Vida
Vox is coming alongside a church plant in Belton that is reaching into the Spanish-speaking population of Cass County. JesuCristo Verdad y Vida (Jesus Christ, Truth and Life) is a holistic missional opportunity for Vox to engage God’s mission with the families from Truth & Life.
Adventures Unplugged
Adventures Unplugged is a new ministry being formed by Zeb and Rachelle Morlok. Their mission is to strengthen faith, build character and develop strong leaders by unplugging people from their everyday routines and technology. They use the great outdoors to accomplish this goal with outdoor adventure trips and hikes.
Care Portal
Vox is connected to Care Portal, a local network of churches that gives attention to the needs of hurting children and families in crisis. Child welfare workers uncover the needs of local children and families and then communicates so the people of Vox may choose to respond.
Land Of A Thousand Hills CoffeeAt Vox, we serve Land Of A Thousand Hills Coffee in our cafe. In doing so, we're part of a community that invests in coffee farming villages to provide living wages, education, healthcare, and clean water, while celebrating the craft of specialty coffee.
